选用钼酸钠、氟化钠、高锰酸钾为主、辅盐,在pH为2,成膜温度为40℃和成膜时间为20min的条件下,制备了铝合金化学转化膜,之后在PTFE的乳液中进行聚四氟乙烯铝合金复合膜的制备,采用正交试验法确定了PTFE的浓度2g/L、成膜时间40min、成膜温度80℃为最佳工艺条件。经过SEM扫描电镜观察,铝合金表面复合膜分布均匀,成膜情况良好。通过耐蚀性、耐磨性等性能检测,表现出良好的防腐蚀和耐磨的性能。
Aluminum molybdate, sodium fluoride and potassium permanganate were selected as the main and auxiliary salts. Under the conditions of pH 2, filming temperature 40 ℃ and filming time 20min, aluminum alloy chemical conversion coatings were prepared, PTFE emulsion in the PTFE composite film preparation, the orthogonal test method to determine the concentration of PTFE 2g / L, filming time 40min, the film temperature of 80 ℃ is the best process conditions. After scanning electron microscopy SEM observation, the surface of the aluminum alloy composite film is evenly distributed and the film formation is good. Through the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other performance testing, showing good anti-corrosion and wear performance.
