目的观察S-烯虫酯缓释块抑制城市雨水井蚊幼虫羽化的现场防治效果。方法 S-烯虫酯在居民住宅雨水井中每月投放1次抑制蚊幼虫羽化,投放剂量为1 mg/L。评价方法是采集现场雨水井中的Ⅲ龄幼虫(蛹)带回实验室观察羽化情况。结果投药后10 d与30 d的蚊虫羽化抑制率分别为86.44%和86.42%,两者与对照组相比均有显著性差别(分别为χ~2=568.935 6,P=0.000 0和χ~2=354.751 1,P=0.000 0)。结论S-烯虫酯缓释块能够有效地控制城市雨水井中的蚊幼虫羽化为成虫,持效期较长。
Objective To observe the on-site control effect of S-metreate sustained-release tablet on the suppression of mosquito larvae emergence in urban rainwater. Method S-methicillin was applied once a month in residential rainwater wells to suppress the emergence of mosquito larvae at a dosage of 1 mg / L. The evaluation method is to collect the 3rd instar larvae (pupae) from the rainwater wells in the field and bring them back to the laboratory to observe the emergence. Results The eclosion inhibition rates of mosquitoes on day 10 and day 30 were 86.44% and 86.42%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 568.935 6, P = 0.000 0 and χ ~ 2 = 354.751 1, P = 0.000 0). Conclusion S-metrenate sustained-release block can effectively control mosquito larvae in urban rainwater wells to become adults with longer lasting period.
