报告急性小脑性共济失调１１例。全部病例均有小脑性共济失调表现，可见震颤及眼球异常运动。结合临床表现讨论本病的诊断体会。
Report 11 cases of acute cerebellar ataxia. All cases have cerebellar ataxia, showing tremor and abnormal eye movements. Discuss the diagnosis of the disease combined with clinical manifestations.
