Objective: To explore the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reaction (ADR) and provide basis for clinical safety medication. Methods: From 200 reported cases of ADR, the data were analyzed and analyzed in terms of patient’s sex, age, route of administration, types of drugs involved and the clinical manifestations of ADR. Results: 200 ADR cases reported more elderly patients over the age of 60, accounting for 52%. ADR caused by antimicrobial drugs was the most, accounting for 64%; intravenous infusion accounted for 71%; involving the system with the most common digestive system , Accounting for 39%. Conclusion: Clinical should pay attention to ADR reporting and monitoring, rational use of antimicrobial agents to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
