МЛ10合金铸件,由于强度高,在航空制造业中得到了广泛地应用。这种铸件的气孔、夹渣等缺陷的修复都是采用钨极氩弧焊,以3~5毫米厚的光滑铜板或石棉布作衬垫。补焊前清理缺陷,铸件不预热或者在炉中预热420~430℃,保温3~4小时的情况下补焊,焊后缓冷。不预热补焊对焊根或凹陷区热裂纹的形成影响不大。本文研究了采用三相电弧补焊МЛ10合金复杂铸件,在不整体预热的情况下,各种工艺衬垫对焊根金属成形的影响。试验是在批量生产的废件上进行的,补焊了面积达450毫米~2的带

This casting porosity, slag and other defects are repaired by TIG welding to 3 to 5 mm thick smooth copper or asbestos lining.
