目的分析高速响应电磁阀常见故障模式,评估其工作寿命.方法采用寿命试验,故障模式、影响及危害度分析(FMECA)和生存分析法.结果电磁阀失效模式主要有液压密封失效、电磁线圈短或断路、弹簧疲劳失效、连接支架松动等.工作寿命为30×105次.结论为了提高电磁阀性能指标,在材料选用、加工精度和装配工艺等方面需进一步改进,工作寿命有待于提高.
Objective To analyze the common failure mode of high-speed response solenoid valve and evaluate its working life. Methods Life testing, failure modes, effects and hazard analysis (FMECA) and survival analysis were used. Results Failure modes of the solenoid valves mainly include failure of the hydraulic seal, short or broken electromagnetic coils, fatigue failure of the spring, loose connection brackets and the like. Working life is 30 × 105 times. Conclusion In order to improve the performance of solenoid valve, the material selection, machining accuracy and assembly process need to be further improved, the working life needs to be improved.
