国有企业、民营企业、外资是目前我国房地产企业普遍存在的几种形式。总的来说,国有企业已经不再有曾经一支独大的风光,但由于其资金和土地资源雄厚,实力仍然不可小视。民营企业是我国房地产公司的主体,成为我国房地产投资增长的主要动力。而外资企业在中国加入WTO的背景中,也将发挥越来越大的作用。
State-owned enterprises, private-owned enterprises and foreign investment are the common forms of real estate enterprises in our country. In a word, state-owned enterprises no longer have a dominance once, but due to their abundant capital and land resources, their strength can not be underestimated. Private-owned enterprises are the mainstay of China’s real estate companies and become the main driving force for the growth of China’s real estate investment. Foreign-invested enterprises will also play an increasingly important role in the context of China’s accession to the WTO.
