随着大量高新技术复杂装备的使用,传统的航天装备保障观念和手段已经不能适应新变革中装备售后保障的需求。针对这一点,提出航天装备售后保障一体化建设方案,采用信息化手段,将装备的维护与维修、备件供应、技术支援和信息收集等各类综合保障活动进行统一管理,以达到有效提高售后保障工作效率,规范装备各类综合保障信息的收集和使用的目的,进而为装备综合保障设计改进和提高提供数据支持。
