思想政治教育范式的转换是思想政治教育领域内一般哲学指导、基本理论体系以及主要规范和方法的整体性变革。已有的思想政治教育范式“社会哲学范式”和“人学范式”各有利弊,思想政治教育范式的转换应该是一种辩证的转换。从思想政治教育的本质出发,实现由片面强调社会价值向社会价值和个体价值同时并重的转变;从思想政治教育的方式出发,实现由主体性向主体间性的转变;从思想政治教育的目的出发,实现由政治目的向个人自由全面发展目的的转变。
The transformation of the paradigm of ideological and political education is a general change in philosophy, general theoretical system, and major norms and methods in the field of ideological and political education. The existing paradigms of ideological and political education have their own advantages and disadvantages, the paradigm of social philosophy and the paradigm of human learning. The conversion of the ideological and political education paradigm should be a dialectical transformation. Based on the nature of ideological and political education, we should realize the simultaneous and equal emphasis on social values and individual values from one-sided emphasis on social values. From ideological and political education, we should realize the transition from subjectivity to intersubjectivity. For the purpose of ideological and political education So as to achieve the goal of changing from a political goal to an individual’s all-round development in an all-round way.
