本文分析了预应力钢丝缠绕超高压筒体的应力及变形。由于钢丝层和工作载荷对芯筒的作用力均不能沿轴向全长作用,因而在简体的两端发生弯曲变形,引起应力和变形重新分布。本文从理论上分析并计算此种应力及变形,这对超高压容器的强度及密封设计是很重要的。本文还将计算结果简要地和有限元计算值及实测值进行比较。
This paper analyzes the stress and deformation of prestressed steel wire wound ultrahigh-pressure cylinders. Since the force of the wire layer and the working load on the core barrel cannot act along the entire axial length, bending occurs at the simplified ends, causing stress and deformation to be redistributed. This paper theoretically analyzes and calculates this stress and deformation, which is very important for the strength and seal design of ultra-high pressure vessels. This paper also compares the calculated results with the finite element calculated values and measured values.
