应用鼠－鼠杂交瘤技术，以ＣＤ３３＋转染细胞为免疫原制备出一株ＣＤ３３单克隆抗体（单抗）命名为ＨＩＭ３－４（ＩｇＧ１）．经第五届国际人类白细胞分化抗原会议进一步正式命名为ＣＤ３３单抗．本文首次在国内报道，以基因转染细胞作为免疫原成功地制备针对其因表达产物的单抗．
A CD33 monoclonal antibody (mAb) was named as HIM3-4 (IgG1) by using murine-mouse hybridoma technique and CD33 + transfected cells as the immunogen. The fifth session of the International Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigen Conference was formally named CD33 monoclonal antibody. This article first reported in the country, the gene-transfected cells as an immunogen successfully prepared for its expression of monoclonal antibodies.
