由于武术套路动作过于复杂且多变,需要较好的柔韧性和身体的协调性来作为其基础,因此就需要注重对身体协调性和柔韧性的练习。柔韧性对武术动作的成败来说至关重要,良好的协调性可以帮助大学生的武术套路技术动作得到相应的提升,只有科学合理的针对自身柔韧性进行训练,才可以更加准确、优美的完成武术动作。由于大学生正处在成年阶段,所以在对其进行柔韧性训练时可以与运动生理学和运动解剖学的知识相结合,制定科学合理的训练计划。此篇文章主要针对大学生武术套路中柔韧性的训练方法进行了分析和探讨。
Because of the complexity and variety of movements in Wushu routines, which requires good flexibility and body coordination as the foundation, exercises on body coordination and flexibility need to be emphasized. Flexibility is crucial to the success or failure of Wushu movements. Good coordination can help college students improve their Wushu routines. Only by scientifically and reasonably trained for their own flexibility can they complete Wushu more accurately and gracefully action. Because college students are in their infancy, they can be combined with the knowledge of sports physiology and sports anatomy to develop a scientific and rational training plan. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the training method of flexibility in college students’ Wushu routines.
