1975年1月～1984年10月,我科共收治先天性唇裂148例,现报告如下:临床资料1.性别与年龄:148例中男性91例,女性57例。年龄最小7个月,最大46岁。其中1～5岁居多,共94例。2.裂侧与裂度:148例中单侧唇裂134例,双侧唇裂14侧。单侧唇裂中,左侧90例,右侧44例,左右之比约为2:1,与宋儒耀统计相似。其中Ⅰ度12例,(包括3例术后继发凹陷畸形),Ⅰ度76例,Ⅲ度46例。在双侧唇裂中,完全裂10例,不完全裂3例,混合型1例。
January 1975 to October 1984, our department received a total of 148 cases of congenital cleft lip, are as follows: Clinical data 1. Sex and age: 148 cases of male 91 cases, 57 females. The youngest 7 months, maximum 46 years old. Mostly 1 to 5 years old, a total of 94 cases. 2. Slipping and cleavage: 148 cases of unilateral cleft lip in 134 cases, bilateral cleft lip 14 side. Unilateral cleft lip, the left 90 cases, the right 44 cases, about the ratio of about 2: 1, and Song Confucianism statistics similar. Including Ⅰ degree in 12 cases (including 3 cases of secondary depression deformity), Ⅰ degree of 76 cases, Ⅲ degree 46 cases. In bilateral cleft lip, complete cleft in 10 cases, incomplete cleft in 3 cases, mixed in 1 case.
