在PPV的衍生物中掺入有机镓的配合物作为发光材料,通过匀胶法得到单层有机发光二极管.发现它的发光颜色随驱动电压的升高由绿色向蓝色变化,同时混合器件的发光比只含PPV衍生物或有机镓配合物器件的强得多.原因在于激子在器件中复合区域的改变及激发能量在材料中的传递.讨论了其中的电荷传输过程.
In the PPV derivative incorporation of organic gallium complexes as a luminescent material, obtained by a single layer of organic light-emitting diode. It was found that the emission color changes from green to blue with the increase of driving voltage, and the luminescence of hybrid device is much stronger than that of PPV derivative or organic gallium complex device. The reason is that excitons in the device in the composite area changes and excitation of energy transfer in the material. The charge transfer process is discussed.
