目的探讨DJ-1在宫颈病变组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测DJ-1在30例宫颈非典型性不成熟鳞状化生(AIM)、30例CINⅠ、20例CINⅡ、20例CINⅢ和78例鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达。结果在AIM、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ和SCC中,DJ-1的阳性率分别为23.3%、26.7%、50%、55%和85.9%,AIM的阳性率与CINⅠ的阳性率相近,差异不显著,但与CINⅢ及SCC的阳性率相比差异极显著(P<0.01);在中、低分化宫颈鳞状细胞癌中DJ-1的阳性率明显上升,与高分化鳞状细胞癌相比差异显著(P<0.05);有/无淋巴结转移组中,DJ-1的阳性率分别为93.8%和46.2%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论 DJ-1蛋白在AIM、CINⅢ和SCC的鉴别诊断中有一定的辅助作用;中、低分化宫颈鳞状细胞癌DJ-1蛋白高表达,显示参与了它的发生、发展,并与淋巴结转移有相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of DJ-1 in cervical lesions and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of DJ-1 in 30 cases of cervical atypical atypical squamous metaplasia (AIM), 30 cases of CINⅠ, 20 cases of CINⅡ, 20 cases of CINⅢ and 78 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) expression. Results The positive rates of DJ-1 in AIM, CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ and SCC were 23.3%, 26.7%, 50%, 55% and 85.9%, respectively. The positive rate of AIM was similar to that of CINⅠ (P <0.01). The positive rate of DJ-1 in moderate and poorly differentiated cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). The positive rates of DJ-1 in the group with / without lymph node metastasis were 93.8% and 46.2%, respectively. The difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion DJ-1 protein may play a complementary role in the differential diagnosis of AIM, CINⅢ and SCC. The high expression of DJ-1 protein in moderate and poorly differentiated cervical squamous cell carcinoma is involved in the occurrence and development of DJ-1 protein and lymph node metastasis Relevant.
