应用血清学特异性的免疫吸附电镜法对接种SPFMV的I.setosa、I.nil和网室种植的感染SPFMV的徐薯-18、新大紫甘薯叶片分别进行了测定.结果表明被检测的四种植物汁液的稀释度分别可达到1/1280、1/640、1/640和1/160;而用无血清包被的电镜铜网检测I.setosa、I.nil和徐薯-18,其汁液稀释度仅达到1/20.比较接种SPFMV的I.setosa和I.nil植物体内病毒含量,前者高于后者.网室种植的自然感染SPFMV的两种甘薯品种,体内病毒含量也不一样.
Serological specific immunoelectron microscopy was used to inoculate SPFMV. setosa, I nil and cytoplasm inoculated with SPFMV Xushu-18, the new large purple sweet potato leaves were measured. The results showed that the tested four kinds of plant juice dilution reached 1 / 1280,1 / 640,1 / 640 and 1/160, respectively; setosa, I nil and Xu potato -18, the juice dilution reached only 1/20. Compare with I inoculation of SPFMV. setosa and I. nil plant virus content, the former is higher than the latter. The two kinds of sweetpotato cultivars naturally infected by SPFMV were also different in vivo.
