用改良Simon动脉舒张压力曲线数值拟合法测量21例矽肺肺气肿患者的肺循环时间常数和肺动脉平均压力。并通过肺泡加压法改变肺循环时间常数观察肺动脉压的变化。结果总时间常数为0.77±0.40秒,其中肺动脉压正常组为0.64±0.20秒,高压组为1.37±0.55秒,两者差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)时间常数增大确能提高舒张压为主的肺动脉压力。
Pulmonary circulation time constants and mean pulmonary artery pressure were measured in 21 patients with silicotic emphysema using modified Simon arterial diastolic pressure curve fitting method. Pulmonary arterial pressure changes were observed by changing the pulmonary circulation time constant by alveolar pressurization. Results The total time constant was 0.77 ± 0.40 seconds, of which the normal pulmonary hypertension group was 0.64 ± 0.20 seconds and the high pressure group was 1.37 ± 0.55 seconds, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The increase of the time constant could increase the diastolic blood pressure Based pulmonary artery pressure.
