2013年12月初,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《党政机关国内公务接待管理规定》。《规定》对接待活动食、宿、行、迎送及警卫、预算和报销等关键环节提出了明确要求,包括严控接待范围、简化接待礼仪、限制接待住宿房型、从严控制接待用餐的次数和陪餐人数、无公函的公务活动和来访人员一律不予接待,等等。
