目的通过对成年人年龄与全血γ-干扰素释放试验(QFT-GIT)检测结果的相关性分析,探讨年龄与成年人全血γ-干扰素释放水平之间的关系。方法将168名QFT-GIT检测结果阳性人群分为18~40、41~65、>65岁组,比较各年龄组TB抗原特异性γ-干扰素释放水平(TB Ag-Nil)的变化趋势,以及植物血凝素刺激的非特异性γ-干扰素释放水平(Mitogen-Nil)的变化趋势。采用Spearman方法分析T细胞对结核特异性抗原应答、丝裂原免疫应答与年龄的相关性,采用线性回归分析TB Ag-Nil、Mitogen-Nil水平随年龄的变化趋势。结果 18~40和41~65岁年龄组TB Ag-Nil和Mitogen-Nil值的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);>65岁年龄组TB Ag-Nil和MitogenNil值随年龄的增长明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在18~65岁的成年人,QFT-GIT检测结果与年龄无统计学相关;超过65岁后,TB Ag-Nil和Mitogen-Nil与年龄均呈负相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between age and the level of IFN-γ release in whole blood of adults by analyzing the correlation between adult age and the detection of whole blood γ-interferon release (QFT-GIT). Methods A total of 168 QFT-GIT positive patients were divided into 18-40, 41-65, and 65-year-old groups. The changes of TB Ag-Nil level in each age group were compared. And the trend of phytohemagglutin-stimulated release of non-specific interferon gamma (Mitogen-Nil). Spearman’s method was used to analyze the correlation between T cell response to tuberculosis-specific antigen, mitogen immune response and age. The linear regression was used to analyze the trend of TB Ag-Nil and Mitogen-Nil with age. Results There was no significant difference in the values of TB Ag-Nil and Mitogen-Nil between 18-40 and 41-65 age groups (P> 0.05). The values of TB Ag-Nil and Mitogen Nil in age group> 65 were significantly decreased with age (P <0.05). Conclusions The results of QFT-GIT did not correlate with age in adults 18-65 years old. There was a negative correlation between age and TB Ag-Nil and Mitogen-Nil after age 65 years.
