目的:研究心肌致密化不全的声像图特征及诊断价值。方法:应用超声心动图常规测量各腔室内径及心功能主要参数,分析二维、CDFI及频谱多普勒特点。结果:心肌致密化不全声像图显示以下特征:二维超声心动图表现为,左室心内膜面可见多发性突入左室腔内的肌小梁,小梁之间可见深度不同的间隙;病变均累及左室游离壁的中下部,室间隔基本正常;病变处心内膜呈节段性缺失;左心室壁呈非均匀性增厚或变薄;彩色多普勒显示,肌小梁间隙可见血流充盈与心室腔相通。结论:心肌致密化不全超声心动图有特征性显示,彩色多普勒超声心动图是心肌致密化不全的首选方法。
Objective: To study the ultrasonographic features and diagnostic value of myocardial densification. CONCLUSIONS: Myocardial densification incomplete echocardiography has characteristic features that color Doppler echocardiography is the preferred method of myocardial densification.
