目的建立斑蝥酸钠维生素B_6注射液中维生素B_6含量测定的HPLC法。方法采用waters symmetry C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为0.04%戊烷磺酸钠(用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.0)-甲醇(88∶12),流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长291nm,柱温35℃。结果维生素B6在39.33~196.6mg·L~(-1)的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000,n=5),测得平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.47%(n=9)。结论本方法简便,准确,专属性强。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B 6 in vitamin C_6 injection of sodium cantharidate. Methods Waters symmetry C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5.0μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of 0.04% sodium pentanesulfonate (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) - methanol (88:12) (-1), detection wavelength 291nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results Vitamin B6 showed good linearity (r = 1.0000, n = 5) in the range of 39.33-196.6 mg · L -1. The average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 0.47% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and specific.
