信仰与权威是法律成为统治国家与社会的至高标准的根基。而“钓鱼执法”事件不仅暴露出政府在社会管理中树立的社会公信力发生了严重危机,同时也暗含了法治公信力亟需加强。而且对于关联法治公信力的司法权威与执法公信力也是我们需要思考的问题。 Faith and authority are the foundations of law as the supreme standard of rule over nations and societies. However, the “law enforcement of fishing” incident not only exposed the serious crisis in the social credibility of the government established in social management, but also implied that the credibility of the rule of law urgently needs to be strengthened. Moreover, the judicial authority and the credibility of law enforcement that relate to the credibility of the rule of law are also questions that we need to think about.
