(British)/Navarrete C...∥J Pharmacol Exp Ther.-2006, 319(1).-422~430 Basiliolides is a new class of compounds with a tetracyclic C19 dilactone structure isolated from the poisonous carrot Thapsia garganica. The effects of these compounds on the Ca2+ transport in leukemic T cell line Jurkat cells, the effect on Jurkat cell apoptosis, and the activated T cell nucleus were studied.
