多轴镗床(专机)是我厂自行研制产品,该产品主要加工CA5112和CA5116变速箱体,CA5112产品荣获国家机床同类产品银奖,我厂是单柱立式车床主要生产基地,月产60台,该变速箱体在普通镗床加工需要3～4天时间,无法满足当月产品箱体需求量,因此自行设计多轴镗床利用该专机加工箱体只需要4小时,大大提高生产效率,保证各孔位置精度一致性,实现高精度,高效率加工。
