信息系统使用是实现信息系统商业价值的必要条件。现有研究发现信息系统使用对个人绩效有正向、负向或没有影响等三种截然不同的结论。为了进一步明确两者之间的关系,基于信息系统使用和人类行为动力学理论,使用企业100名信息系统用户的访问日志和绩效考评等客观数据,分析不同测量指标、不同性别和不同工龄情形下,信息系统使用对企业员工绩效的影响。研究结果表明:第一,选择信息系统使用的不同内涵和不同的测量指标,将导致信息系统使用与企业员工绩效之间关系的差异;第二,随着测量角度的增加,用户的信息系统使用频率对员工绩效的影响由不显著到显著;使用时间对员工绩效的影响始终不显著;使用功能数量则始终显著正向影响员工绩效;阵发性则始终显著负向影响员工绩效;第三,性别和工龄调节信息系统使用与企业员工绩效之间的关系,这也是导致两者关系研究结论不一致的原因。
The use of information system is a necessary condition to realize the commercial value of information system. The existing research finds that the use of information system has three completely different conclusions such as positive, negative or no impact on individual performance. The results show that: Firstly, the different connotation and different measurement indexes of using information system will lead to the difference between information system usage and employee performance; secondly, with the increase of measurement angle, the user’s information system use The impact of frequency on employee performance from insignificant to significant; the use of time on employee performance has always been insignificant; the number of functional use has always had a significant positive impact on employee performance; paroxysm has always had a significant negative impact on employee performance; Third, Gender and length of service adjust the relationship between the use of information systems and employee performance, which is also the reason for the inconsistency between the conclusions of the study.
