传统的干硬性混凝土是水泥、集料和水的三组分体系,因此长期以来,人们认为对干硬性混凝土的配合比进行优化设计,好像没有必要。近年来,随着掺合料和外加剂的使用,现代的混凝土逐步演变成能进行配合比设计的五组分体系,而掌握这种体系需对混凝土原材料与性能之间的相互关系有深入了解。本文介绍优化配合比的一些基础知识,因为在进行配方优化时,对干硬性混凝土制品的成型试验特性尤为重要。本文介绍的几种方法,有别于研究普通塑性混凝土所用方法,有些可作为在砌块成型机上测定最佳密实参数的基础。文中还举例说明原材料研究方法和优化设计新型砌块成型机的方法。
Conventional dry and hard concrete is a three-component system of cement, aggregate and water, so it has long been thought that it is not necessary to optimize the mix of dry and hard concrete. In recent years, with the use of admixtures and admixtures, modern concrete has gradually evolved into a five-component system that can be used to design mix proportions, and understanding this system requires an in-depth understanding of the interrelationships between concrete raw materials and performance . This article describes some of the basics of optimizing blends because it is especially important for the formability test of dry and hard concrete products when formulating the recipe. The methods described in this paper differ from the methods used to study common plastic concrete and some can be used as a basis for determining the best compaction parameters on block machines. The article also illustrates the raw materials research methods and methods to optimize the design of new block molding machine.
