南京固体器件研究所于1983年12月下旬在南京召开了第十一次科研成果鉴定会。来自全国55个单位的90余名代表出席了会议。代表们听取了提请鉴定报告,并抽测实物样品、分组进行讨论,最后提交给各鉴定委员会审议,31项成果全部通过了鉴定。其中有9项通过部级鉴定,5项通过局级鉴定,2项通过省级鉴定,15项通过所级鉴定。这些科研成果中包括有达到国际当前产品水平的12GHz 1.5dB的GaAs FET,0.8~1.7μm InGaAs三元材料长波长PIN光探测器等。代表们对这些电视卫星接收和光通讯用的高水平器件给予了高度的评价。许多项目具有推广应用的广阔前景,还有一些项目具有一定的创造性。 现将通过部、局级和省级鉴定的项目介绍如下:
Nanjing Institute of Solid Devices in December 1983 held in Nanjing in late eleventh scientific research appraisal. More than 90 delegates from 55 units nationwide attended the meeting. The delegates listened to the appraisal report, sampled the physical samples and discussed them in groups. Finally, the appraisals were submitted to the appraisal committees for consideration. All the 31 achievements were appraised. Among them, 9 passed ministerial level appraisal, 5 passed ministerial level appraisal, 2 passed provincial appraisal and 15 passed appraisal by level. These achievements include 12GHz 1.5dB GaAs FETs and 0.8 ~ 1.7μm InGaAs ternary material long-wavelength PIN photodetectors that reach the current international product level. Delegates spoke highly of these high-level devices for television satellite reception and optical communications. Many projects have broad prospects for promotion and application, and some projects have some creativity. Now through the ministry, bureau level and provincial appraisal projects are as follows:
