本文报道了以氢焰离子化鉴定器对石蜡氧化副产物——酸水的定量结果,在以癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)+15%癸二酸(SA)为液相的色谱柱上,测定了正构的C_2—C_6和C_2—C_8酸的等重量响应值因子。用上述因子对配制的20%C_2—C_6酸水溶液的定量结果表明,对大多数组分的误差均在2%以内(只有C_6酸稍高),比用Onkiehong碳数因子求得的结果要好。由于稀酸水试样中尚有四个未知组分,不能单独以响应值因子来定量。本文先以已有组分之一的内部校准方法求得正丁酸的准确含量,然后用响应值因子对其他组分定量,列出了两种稀酸水试样的定量结果,以计算酸值和化学法测得的酸值相核对,证明平均误差约2%,还讨论了DOS+15%SA色谱柱的稳定性,几种定量方法的比较,和关于基线和峯面积测量等问题。
In this paper, the quantification of paraffin oxidation byproduct acid water with hydrogen flame ionization detector was reported. On a column containing dioctyl sebacate (DOS) + 15% sebacic acid (SA) as the liquid phase , The equal weight response factors of the positively charged C_2-C_6 and C_2-C_8 acids were determined. Quantitative analysis of the 20% aqueous solution of C_2-C_6 acid with the above factors showed that the errors for most of the components were within 2% (only the C_6 acid was slightly higher) than the Onkiehong carbon factor. Since there are still four unknown components in dilute aqueous samples, they can not be quantified individually as a response factor. In this paper, we first obtain the accurate content of n-butyric acid from the internal calibration method of one of the existing components and then quantify the other components using the response factor. The quantitative results of the two dilute aqueous acid samples are listed to calculate the acid The values were calibrated with the acid values measured by the chemical method, demonstrating a mean error of about 2%. The stability of the DOS + 15% SA column was also discussed, several quantitative methods were compared, and questions such as baseline and peak area measurements were also discussed.
