内部控制与绩效管理出发点具备高度的一致性,随着勘测需求的扩大,我国勘测单位业务总量逐年上涨,为避免管理失误,强化单位内部管理水平,本文分析了当前勘测单位管理特征,探讨了内部控制与绩效管理之间的关系及问题,从普遍性出发,以内部控制为视角提出了强化勘测单位绩效管理的举措。
The internal control and performance management starting point has a high degree of consistency. With the expansion of survey requirements, the total business volume of Chinese survey units has risen year by year. In order to avoid management errors and strengthen the internal management level of units, this paper analyzes the management characteristics of current survey units, The relationship and problems between internal control and performance management, from the perspective of universality, put forward the measures to strengthen the performance management of survey units from the perspective of internal control.
