一、石油化工设备中的动密封现状我们对中国石油化工总公司所属七个公司或总厂的动密封使用情况进行了调查。共调查了泵4406台(见表1),其中国产泵3295台,采用机械密封的约占86%;而引进的1111台泵,几乎全部采用机械密封。引进的机械密封的使用寿命一般为1～2年,最长的达7年,个别差的仅能使用几个星期。国产机械密封的使用寿命,在炼油装置上一般为6个月至一年,在特殊介质(高温、腐蚀、易汽化、含颗粒等)中的寿命仅为2～6个月,甚至有的不足2个月;在化工装置中
First, the status of mobile seals in petrochemical equipment We conducted a survey on the use of mobile seals of seven companies or main plants owned by China Petrochemical Corporation. A total of 4406 pumps were investigated (see Table 1). Among them, 3,295 were made by domestic pumps, accounting for 86% of the total with mechanical seals. Imported 1111 pumps used almost all mechanical seals. The introduction of the mechanical seal life is generally 1 to 2 years, the longest up to 7 years, some poor only use a few weeks.
