患者陈××,男性,23岁,于1965年2月13日因胃癌前来门诊。给予国产苯乃嗪(商品名:胃复康)六片,每日三次,每次一片(1毫克),饭前服。患者因急于求成,于当日下午4时30分～6时许一个多小时左右的时间内连服六片。至晚8时许出现头昏、嗜睡、手足麻木、四肢痠软,口干口渴等症状,继后出现肢体运动不能、上腹胀等症状。于当晚9时许前来急诊。患者于服此药前数日内未服其他药物。患者呈嗜睡状态,但神志清楚,能正确对答。体温不高,两侧瞳孔等大,对光反射存在。心率85次,心律齐,无病理性杂音,血压114/70。呼吸系统无异常发现。腹平坦,无触痛,上腹部鼓音增强,轻度胀气,肠鸣音明显减少。四肢肌肉松弛无力,
