横纹肌肉瘤比较少见。我院自1977～1979年遇到2例,现报告如下。例1:桑××男,57岁。患者无意中发现右大腿外侧肿块,肿大较快,伴有胀痛,于1977年2月来院要求手术切除。患者起病前无发热及局部外伤史,检查:一般情况良好,心肺透视正常,全身表浅淋巴结不肿大,右大腿上外侧惰圆形肿块,3×5cm 大小,肿块固定质中,稍有压痛,无皮肤血管扩张现象。化验:自细胞总数10400,中性62%,淋巴32%,酸性6%,血沉:7mm/小时。X-线片
