目的评价基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对预防恶性肿瘤化疗后的白细胞减少的作用及不良反应。方法选择恶性肿瘤患者34例,均行自身对照方法,以第一化疗周期为对照周期,此后采用复方皂矾丸治疗,使白细胞恢复正常后开始第二化疗周期(治疗周期),于治疗周期化疗后加用rhG-CSF。自化疗开始隔日查血常规一次,观察白细胞(WBC)及中性粒细胞(ANC)的变化。结果治疗周期白细胞总数及中性粒细胞最低值均高于对照周期,最低值的持续时间少于对照周期。骨痛、注射局部反应、流感样症状以及乏力发生率分别为16.65%、11.76%、5.88%和5.88%。偶有低热。结论rhG-CSF对化疗引起的白细胞、中性粒细胞减少具有预防和治疗作用,不良反应轻微,可以作为肿瘤化疗中提高剂量强度的有效辅助药。
Objective To evaluate the effect of recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) on the prevention of leukopenia after chemotherapy and its adverse reactions. Methods 34 patients with malignant tumors were selected and their self-control method was used. The first chemotherapy cycle was used as the control cycle. After that, the compound Zaofan Pill was used to treat the second chemotherapy cycle after the leukocyte returned to normal (treatment cycle) After adding rhG-CSF. Blood routine examination was performed every other day from the start of chemotherapy to observe the changes of white blood cells (WBC) and neutrophils (ANC). Results The total number of leukocytes in the treatment cycle and the lowest value of neutrophils were higher than the control period, the duration of the lowest value was less than the control period. Bone pain, local injection, flu-like symptoms and the incidence of fatigue were 16.65%, 11.76%, 5.88% and 5.88% respectively. Occasionally low heat. Conclusions rhG-CSF can prevent and treat leukopenia and neutropenia induced by chemotherapy with slight side effects and can be used as an effective adjunct to increase dose intensity in tumor chemotherapy.
