本文论述了离子交换水处理系统进行经济比较的重要性及计算特点;提出在进行综合性经济比较(文中简称“经比”)时,离子交换水处理系统工艺、经济指标的计算方法及计算程序的示意框图;给出由程序计算的大量结果回归得到的经比函数式,并指出应用经比函数式的意义;最后阐明几点初步结论。“多方案经比计算程序”既可进行综合性经济比较的全面计算,也可作某一具体工程进行设计计算和系统选择之用。本程序已在国家《室外给水设计规范》“对流离子交换专题”的科研项目中得到成功应用,并在某些工程设计中作了初步尝试。
This article discusses the importance and calculation characteristics of the ion exchange water treatment system for economic comparison, and proposes calculation methods and calculation procedures for the process and economic indicators of the ion exchange water treatment system when conducting a comprehensive economic comparison (abbreviated in the article). Schematic block diagram; given by the program to calculate a large number of results obtained by the regression function formula, and pointed out that the application of the function of the ratio of the meaning of the formula; the final clarification of several preliminary conclusions. The “Multi-scheme comparison calculation program” can perform comprehensive calculation of comprehensive economic comparisons, and can also be used for design calculation and system selection for a specific project. This procedure has been successfully applied in the national “Outdoor Water Supply Design Specification” “Convective Ion Exchange Special Topics” research project and made initial attempts in certain engineering designs.
