随着对表面自由能研究的深入,利用粒子设计过程表面自由能相关参数的变化,探索出许多基于表面自由能性质的粒子设计系统。物料经粒子设计后改变理化属性,表面自由能产生了新的变化。因此,可通过表面自由能性质变化特征指导粒子设计过程。笔者综述了表面自由能性质在微粉化、粒子改性、混合、包衣、制丸与制粒等粒子设计过程的应用。通过表面自由能相关参数构建了色散力-极性力模型和黏附-凝聚模型,并阐述了色散力-极性力模型和黏附-凝聚模型在粒子设计中的应用。
With the further research on the surface free energy, many particle design systems based on the surface free energy are explored by using the change of the surface free energy related parameters in the particle design process. Material after the particle design changes physical and chemical properties, surface free energy has created a new change. Thus, the particle design process can be guided by the nature of the surface free energy properties. The author summarizes the application of the surface free energy properties in particle design process such as micronization, particle modification, mixing, coating, pelleting and granulation. The dispersive force - polar force model and the adhesion - aggregation model are constructed by the related parameters of the free surface energy. The application of the dispersive force - polar force model and the adhesion - aggregation model in the particle design are also described.
