本文以围产期Ⅰ(孕满28周至出生后7天,出生体重在1000克以上)统计。1979年1月～1989年12月,我所住院分娩总数为5881例,死胎125例,发生率2.13%。现将有关因素分析探讨如下。一、临床资料(一)死胎性别 125例中,男65例,女56例,因胎儿畸形性别不明4例。(二)孕周 28～33周41例,34～37周35例,38～42周36例,42周以上13例。(三)产妇年龄最大45岁,最小22岁。22～28岁8例,29～34岁61例,35～39岁24例,40～45岁32例。
In this paper, perinatal Ⅰ (28 gestational pregnancy to 7 days after birth, birth weight in more than 1,000 grams) statistics. From January 1979 to December 1989, the total number of hospital delivery in our hospital was 5881 and 125 stillbirths, the incidence was 2.13%. The relevant factor analysis is discussed below. First, the clinical data (A) 125 cases of stillbirth gender, 65 cases were male and 56 cases of female, because of fetal malformations unknown 4 cases. (B) gestational weeks in 28 to 33 weeks in 41 cases, 34 to 37 weeks in 35 cases, 38 to 42 weeks in 36 cases, more than 42 weeks in 13 cases. (C) maternal age of 45 years old, minimum 22 years old. 8 cases from 22 to 28 years old, 61 cases from 29 to 34 years old, 24 cases from 35 to 39 years old and 32 cases from 40 to 45 years old.
