根据重型齿轮的结构和制造工艺特点,研制了适用于重型齿轮的CAPP系统。该系统采用基于特征的零件信息描述法,采用菜单输,入并辅以图形辅助信息输入,采用半创成式工艺生产模块,并增设人机交互的工艺修改编辑模块。该系统能完成重型齿轮类零件的加工方法选择。工序排定以及刀具、机床和切削量的选择等一系列工艺工作,并生成完整而实用的工艺文件。实践表明,所生成的工艺文件符合工厂的生产实际,具有实用价值。
According to the structure of the heavy duty gear and the characteristics of the manufacturing process, a CAPP system suitable for heavy duty gears is developed. The system uses feature-based description of the part information, using the menu input, input and supplemented by the graphic auxiliary information input, semi-invasive technology production module, and additional human-computer interaction to modify the editing module. The system can complete the selection of processing methods for heavy-duty gear parts. Scheduling process and the choice of tools, machine tools and cutting a series of process work, and generate complete and practical process documentation. Practice shows that the generated process files in line with the factory’s actual production, with practical value.
