予应力钢结构是钢结构发展的新途径,能节约大量钢材;然而目前所采用者都需现场施加应力,甚至进行高空张拉,因而施工复杂,造价提高,这就降低了这种新型结构的经济效果,并使推广受到一定程度的阻碍。作者为了解决此问题,提出了采用装配式予应力实腹钢梁的办法。把横向受弯构件分段制造,并在制造工厂中事先施加予力,运至工地将各段进行拼接后即可吊装。这样,将加予力工序移到制造厂中进行,因而可采用工业化生产,使施工大为简化;并且由于系实腹结构,甚至将比普通下撑式桁架更为省工。这种结构可用作各种横梁,也可用作屋盖结构。特别是拱式梁的型式的经济效果极高,根据计算,比普通桁架省钢约可达到40%左右。本文第一部分提出了装配式予应力简支梁式体系在静荷载作用下的计算方法和构造特点,并列入几个具体计算实例。关于复杂情况的应用,以及实验研究结果将于第二三部分中提出。计算方法部分承王光远同志审阅,并给予很多帮助,特此致谢。

In this way, the application of force to the manufacturing process is carried out, so that industrialized production can be used to greatly simplify the construction. Moreover, due to the solid belly structure, it is even more labor-saving than the ordinary under-supporting truss. This structure can be used as a variety of beams, can also be used as a roof structure. In particular, the type of arched beam has high economic efficiency. According to the calculation, it can reach about 40% more than the ordinary truss steel. The first part of this paper presents the calculation method and structural characteristics of prestressed prestressed simply supported beam system under static load, and includes several concrete examples. The application of complex situations, as well as the results of experimental studies, will be presented in Part Two.
