为全面描述高校学生基层党支部理论学习现状,通过文献综述提出学习态度、学习效果、学习内容、学习途径、学习行为、体制机制六个方面的分析框架,并通过问卷调查的方式对北京市某高校进行调查研究。研究结果显示,在学习态度、学习内容、学习途径方面学生党支部理论学习表现较好;在学习效果、学习行为和体制机制建设方面存在突出问题,尤其体现在支部理论学习开展频率较低、次数较少,保障机制不健全等方面;在对不同类别的学生进行分类讨论后,发现专业、学历、支部规模对理论学习有显著的影响,专业对学历、支部规模的影响具有交互作用。这也提醒我们针对不同学历、专业的学生党员要采取更有针对性的教育措施,更细致地对学生分类,精细化管理。
In order to fully describe the status quo of theoretic study of grassroots party branches in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward an analytical framework of learning attitude, learning effects, learning contents, learning approaches, learning behaviors and institutional mechanisms through literature review. The results show that the student party branch theory learning performance is good in learning attitude, learning content and learning path; there are outstanding problems in the study of learning effect, learning behavior and institutional mechanisms, especially in the low frequency of branch theory learning, Less, inadequate safeguard mechanism, etc. After classifying different types of students, it was found that the scale of major, education and branch had a significant impact on theoretical study. The major had an interactive effect on the academic qualifications and branch size. This also reminds us that we should adopt more targeted education measures for student party members with different qualifications and majorities so as to classify and finely manage students more carefully.
