基于示踪剂生产试验,通过对国内某钢厂BOF-LF-CC工艺生产的SPHC钢的洁净度和缺陷进行全流程系统取样和综合分析。结果表明,LF出站时钢液中大型夹杂物由钙处理后的19.6 mg/(10 kg)升至36.7 mg/(10 kg)。LF精炼后至中间包浇注,钢液中氧质量分数由23×10-6升高至(36~48)×10-6,存在一定的二次氧化现象。铸坯和热轧板卷中夹杂物示踪剂结果显示,精炼渣、耐火材料、中间包覆盖剂以及结晶器保护渣均有不同程度的卷渣或侵蚀,其中精炼渣的卷入和中间包耐火材料的侵蚀最为严重。
Based on the tracer production test, the whole process system sampling and comprehensive analysis were carried out through the cleanliness and defects of the SPHC steel produced by a steel mill BOF-LF-CC process in China.
