目的探讨脑保护装置在颈动脉狭窄支架置入术中的临床应用。方法在脑保护装置下,对27例颈动脉狭窄患者施行支架置入术,分析颈动脉支架置入术的有效性和安全性。动脉狭窄率50%~70% 7例,70%~80% 19例,80%~95% 1例;狭窄长度1.0~2.0 cm 14例,2.1~3.0cm 12例,3.1~3.5cm 1例。结果27例在脑保护装置下颈动脉支架置入术均成功实施,残余狭窄均在10%以下。4例球囊扩张时出现一过性意识障碍,4例出现暂时性心率减慢,3例出现血压下降。临床随访6个月以上,无死亡及神经系统并发症发生。结论颈动脉狭窄支架置入术是预防脑栓塞的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of brain protection device in carotid stenosis stenting. Methods Under cerebral protection device, 27 patients with carotid stenosis were treated with stent implantation, and the effectiveness and safety of carotid artery stenting were analyzed. Arterial stenosis rates ranged from 50% to 70% in 7 cases, 70% to 80% in 19 cases and 80% to 95% in 1 case. Stenosis was 1.0 to 2.0 cm in 14 cases, 2.1 to 3.0 cm in 12 cases and 3.1 to 3.5 cm in 1 case. Results Twenty-seven patients underwent successful carotid stenting with brain protection device. The residual stenosis was below 10%. Four patients experienced transient disturbance of consciousness during balloon dilatation, 4 patients had a transient decrease in heart rate, and 3 patients had a decrease in blood pressure. Clinical follow-up of more than 6 months, no death and neurological complications. Conclusion Carotid artery stenosis stenting is an effective way to prevent cerebral embolism.
