随着课程改革的深入,教师的专业发展得到了各地教育主管部门的普遍重视,形成了以名师工作室、名师基地为主的培养模式,成效显著。其中,江苏张家港市以蔡明老师领衔的“生态语文”团队走出了一条颇具特色的路子,他们以“生态语文”为共同理念,打造了从“语文骨干教师发展中心”到“名师工作室”到“名师共同体”的三级培养机制,形成了覆盖整个区域的教师专业发展网络,一批青年教师得以迅速成长。
