以45钢为基体,用硝酸铅做稳定剂制备常规Ni-B镀层和用铊盐做稳定剂制备Ni-Tl-B镀层。用扫描电镜观察镀层形貌,在微动试验机上进行微动摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,镀液中铊盐含量影响镀层的微观显微形貌和抗微动损伤性能;铊盐做稳定剂的Ni-Tl-B镀层具有优异的抗微动损伤性能;铊盐含量为2 mg/L时Ni-Tl-B镀层的抗微动损伤性能最佳。
Taking 45 steel as matrix, the conventional Ni-B coating was prepared by using lead nitrate as stabilizer and the Ni-Tl-B coating was prepared by using thallium salt as stabilizer. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the morphology of the coating and the fretting friction and wear test was carried out on the fretting tester. The results show that the content of thallium salt in the bath affects the microstructure and anti-fretting properties of the coating.
