1.前言二横梁是吉普车车架总成的一个重要零件。它通过两端燕尾分别与左右纵梁焊接成一体,构成发动机的一个支撑点,並担负变速箱安装支承梁和支承传动轴等重任。与其它横梁一起同左右纵梁组成一个刚体。它是车架总成中形状较复杂的零件,用3.5mm厚的08冷轧钢板冲压而成。除要求具有足够的强度和刚度外,两端燕尾间的距离有公差要求,见图1所示。 1. Introduction Two beams are an important part of the jeep frame assembly.
