1.前言二横梁是吉普车车架总成的一个重要零件。它通过两端燕尾分别与左右纵梁焊接成一体,构成发动机的一个支撑点,並担负变速箱安装支承梁和支承传动轴等重任。与其它横梁一起同左右纵梁组成一个刚体。它是车架总成中形状较复杂的零件,用3.5mm厚的08冷轧钢板冲压而成。除要求具有足够的强度和刚度外,两端燕尾间的距离有公差要求,见图1所示。 1. Introduction Two beams are an important part of the jeep frame assembly. It is through the two ends of the dovetail welded with the left and right stringers, respectively, constitute a support point of the engine, and bear the gearbox support beam and support shaft and other tasks. Together with other beams together with the left and right longitudinal beams to form a rigid body. It is a more complex shape of the frame assembly parts, with 3.5mm thick 08 cold-rolled steel stamping. In addition to requiring adequate strength and stiffness, there is tolerance requirements for the distance between dovetail ends, as shown in Figure 1.
