在相同轧制速度下,通过控制冷却条件研究了穿水钢筋和未穿水钢筋的微观组织和性能。结果表明,采用穿水工艺制备的钢筋的强度和塑性都有不同程度的提高;经过穿水处理的钢筋组织更加均匀细密,也未出现粗大的魏氏体组织;穿水冷却钢筋的拉伸断口中的韧窝比未穿水的钢筋的断口中韧窝更加细密、均匀。
Under the same rolling speed, the microstructure and properties of steel bars and non-through bars were studied by controlling the cooling conditions. The results show that the strength and ductility of the steel bars prepared by the water penetrating process are all improved to some extent. The steel bars that have been treated with the water are more uniform and fine and do not show the coarse westenite structure.
