“减轻农民负担”,我们已经喊了好几年,但至今收效甚微。究其原因,可能有十条、八条,但流于口头“喊”而不切实“做”,恐怕是最重要的一条。河南内乡县委、县政府不仅“喊”了,并实实在在地“做”了,农民的负担也的的确确减轻了。他们的做法,应该对各地有所启发。各地的领导者和有关部门,都应铭记李瑞环同志的至理名言:“农民最可爱,农民最可怜,农民最可敬,农民最可畏”。减轻农民负担刻不容缓,关系重大,让我们拿出点减轻农民负担的“真招”来吧! “We have lifted the burden on peasants for a few years and we have been calling them for several years, but so far they have had little success.
