针对目前有的煤矿通风机控制系统自动化程度有限,控制效率低下的情况,使用PLC与Wincc相结合设计了煤矿通风安全控制系统,该系统以MPI为通讯协议,实现了对通风系统的实时监测与控制,故障报警等功能。从而有效的提高了通风控制系统的效率,在一定程度上起到的节能作用。
In view of the limited degree of automation and low control efficiency of coal mine ventilator control system at present, coal mine ventilation safety control system is designed by combining PLC with Wincc. The system uses MPI as communication protocol to realize real-time monitoring of ventilation system Control, fault alarm and other functions. Thus effectively improving the efficiency of ventilation control system, to a certain extent, play a role in energy conservation.
