用水力模型方法对CSP45t单流连铸中间包流场特性进行了研究,模型与实物比例为1∶3,试验满足弗劳德准数相似。采用脉冲响应法测定流体在中间包内停留时间分布曲线(RTD),并计算出流体的扩散活塞区、全混合区和死区体积比。优化设计的新型湍流抑制器与坝、堰较优组合方案配合控流,使中间包死区体积比Vd降至11.36%,比原方案降低了67.8%。生产对比试验表明:采用新的控流方案后,铸坯中氧化物夹杂去除率提高了35.3%。
The flow field characteristics of CSP45t single-flow continuous casting tundish were studied by hydraulic model method. The ratio of model to material was 1: 3, and the experiment was similar to Froude’s quasi- The impulse response method was used to measure the dwell time distribution curve (RTD) of the fluid in the tundish, and the volume ratio of the diffusion piston, the complete mixing zone and the dead zone was calculated. Optimized design of the new turbulence suppressor and dam, weir optimal combination of programs with the flow control, the dead zone volume ratio of the tundish dropped to 11.36% Vd, 67.8% lower than the original program. Production comparison test shows that: with the new flow control scheme, the oxide inclusions removal rate increased by 35.3%.
