随着我国社会的发展,法律的逐渐完善,文检工作无论是在刑事侦查,还是在司法鉴定等方面都起着非常重要的作用,关乎民生的发展,更关乎法律的威严以及公平公正性,因此我国的文检工作者,无论是在政法机关单位的,还是在司法鉴定机构的,都应该具备高度的社会责任感,以身作则,以维护司法公正为己任,以保护人民的名誉与财产安全为目标,为社会和谐发展做出自己应有的贡献。本文通过对文检工作者对于疑难案件的检验鉴定进行概况分析,探讨文检工作者的社会责任。 With the development of our society and the gradual improvement of the law, the prosecutorial work plays a very important role both in criminal investigation and forensic examination.
