许多矿山开采技术经济和管理领域中的决策问题需要决策者对某一方案或某一方案集进行多目标综合评价来评价该方案的优劣性或各方案的优先顺序。作者在解决离散型问题中常用的决策方法ELECRRE 和 TOPISIS 方法基础上提出一种可用于进行多目标综合评价的决策模型,并将其命名为 TOPISIS—ELECTRE 方法。以这一方法作为主要决策方法所开发的计算机决策支持系统可以用于单方案的可行性和分级评价,亦可用于有限多方案的择优或筛选排序和评级。
Many decision-making problems in the area of technical economics and management of mines require decision-makers to conduct a multi-objective, comprehensive evaluation of a program or set of programs in order to evaluate the merits of the program or the priorities of the programs. Based on the ELECRRE and TOPISIS methods, which are commonly used in solving discrete problems, the author proposes a decision model that can be used for multi-objective comprehensive evaluation and names it as the TOPISIS-ELECTRE method. The computer decision support system developed with this method as the main decision-making method can be used for the feasibility and hierarchical evaluation of single programs and for the selection or ranking of finite multi-programs.
